All past and prospective members are invited to attend the official Founding General Meeting of the Timmins Porcupine Badminton Club.
This is a pivotal moment for our badminton community. The purpose of this meeting is to formally establish our club as a stable, member-run, not-for-profit organization. Your participation is crucial as we build a strong foundation for the club’s future.
Key Agenda Items:
At this meeting, we will be making several foundational decisions:
- Setting the Official Club Name: Formally decide on the long-term name for our club.
- Adopting the Bylaws: Vote to approve the official governing document that will guide our operations.
- Electing the First Executive Committee: Elect the inaugural President, Secretary, and Treasurer to lead the club.
- Setting Membership Fees: Approve the fees for the upcoming 2025-2026 season.
