1. Foundational Documents
These are the core documents that define the purpose, structure, and general rules of our club. Every member should be familiar with them.

2. Operational Policies
These standalone policies have been formally adopted by the Executive Committee to address specific areas of club operation, ensuring safety, privacy, and responsible conduct.

All members are required to sign this waiver before participating in any club activities.

4. General Meeting Records

Meeting Agendas
- The agenda for any upcoming Annual or Special General Meeting will be posted here to provide members with proper notice.
Meeting Minutes
The minutes are the official written record of what happened at a General Meeting. Minutes are posted to the archive after they have been formally approved by the membership at the subsequent meeting. Draft meeting minutes may be posted prior to approval and will be identified as such.
A Note on Privacy: The documents posted in our public archive are edited to remove personal information (such as attendee lists and the names of movers/seconders) to protect the privacy of our members. The official, unredacted minutes are part of the club’s formal records. As per Article 6.2 of the Club Bylaws, any member in good standing may request to inspect the official records by contacting the Club Secretary.
